In this class, we will discuss strategies for making the most out of the bottle you bring, look at sample menus and discuss pairing possibilities, and, of course, taste a whole bunch of the kind of delicious, versatile wine that works so well at our local BYOB's.

This evening, we are thrilled to welcome Marco Avigo, Italian Master Sommelier and General Manager at Penne, who will be competing against The Wine School's own Brian Freedman. Past participants have included Christophe Tassan of Le Bec-Fin, Ryan Davis of Rae, Gary Vaynerchuk of Wine Library TV, Christophe Guillot of Brasserie Perrier, and Benny Robling of Davio's, among other local and national wine luminaries.
